World-famous Italian tenor, songwriter and composer Andrea Bocelli gave a concert in İstanbul as part of his global «30th Anniversary» tour
İstanbul, Türkiye’s capital of culture and arts, hosted the magnificent “30th Anniversary” concert of the famous tenor Andrea Bocelli. While the Italian superstar continues celebrating his third decade in the music industry with live performances worldwide, İstanbul tickets were sold out months in advance.
After Brazil, the European leg of the “30th Anniversary” tour started in İstanbul with great enthusiasm from the fans as Beşiktaş Tüpraş Stadium welcomed 30.000 people for the event. Andrea Bocelli was accompanied by the İstanbul State Symphony Orchestra and İstanbul Opera Choir during the concert.
The “30th Anniversary” concert attracted attention as the first stadium concert in Türkiye at which a tenor performed. The spectacular performance once again revealed the cultural richness of İstanbul, as audiences from all over Türkiye and abroad watched the concert. The tour will continue in Italy, the UK, and the United States of America.
